Bahrain is now a net importer of aggregates for concrete mainly for the UAE and KSA. Due to this the cost of concrete has risen significantly. We were asked to do a site visit and confirm if Concrete Canvas would be suitable to protect the slopes within the hosing area and I possible create depressions where shrubs/plants could be put in to give it a greener feel

Concrete Canvas CC8 was used to line the slope and and the trial of 100sqm was completed in 2 working days.

The material was pegged in at the top of the slope, where a drainage ditch had been dug, then sealed with CT1 and screws then watered.

The material has hardened without any issues and the trial was a success.
